All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed by 9AM CST Monday-Friday process the same day. Expected shipping times are 1-3 days.
We do not ship outside the US at this time.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, for any reason, please send an email to support@storyskincare and we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s). We will not ask you to return the products. Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method and can take up to 5 business days to be credited back to your account. Please note that we are not able to offer refunds on gift cards. We do monitor refund requests and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that abuses this policy.
